Item must be new, tags attached (for apparel items), unused, uninstalled, and clean. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item that you want to return and for authorization number (RMA#). No returns without prior authorization. Return/exchange within 30 days of purchase date only. Buyer pays return shipping and will only be refunded the cost of the item, no shipping charges refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refunds are made. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in resellable/new condition. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR FUEL PARTS OR ANY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. NO RETURNS ON COOLING ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SOAKED IN WATER OR OPENED FROM SEALED PACKAGING.
If you have received the wrong item by mistake or damaged item, please let us know asap and provide us with a picture with item laying next to the packing slip.
